As the title describes it’s a fat burn program and not a body building program. But it’s one of the most comprehensive fat loss guides.

Burn the fat feed the muscle is an e-book that has been created by bodybuilding champion Tom Venuto that attempts to teach people all aspects of losing weight while gaining muscle.

The book is really solid and has not a single picture although there are some tables of information so there is a lot of reading to do.
